Face-to-face Coaching

Held in my private studio near Hemel Hempstead, these sessions are perfect to take your technique and strength to the next level. I can use my knowledge as a qualified British Powerlifting Coach to make sure your technique perfect so that your strength can sky rocket.

My gym has IPF approved equipment in it to simulate competition standards. There are very few gyms that will allow you the opportunity to use this kind of equipment.

The more sessions you do per week, the cheaper each session becomes, and the more I can dial in your technique.

Online Programming

A hugely important part of powerlifting is having the correct programming for your training. Each individual requires different programming and I can work with you to create workouts that will make you stronger.

With this package you will receive a spreadsheet for all your workouts, detailing exactly what you need to do. You will also have monthly video calls with me to check in and monitor your progress. As well as frequent contact via text and feedback on your training videos.

Hybrid Coaching

Having face-to-face coaching as well as individual programming is the most effective way to become the strongest powerlifter you can be. With the hybrid training, your PBs will become your warmups.

You will have face-to-face sessions at my gym (at a discounted rate) as well as online programming for the sessions you do away from my gym (also at a discounted rate.)

This is the best value for money option and it gives you the most opportunity to become stronger.
